ARDSA is a Bespoke Project Management and Development Management Agent Consultancy, experienced across all stages of a project life-cycle, from pre-planning and design to project financing, construction, and handover. 

ARDSA was founded in 2017 as a Development Management Agency focusing on residential development. ARDSA has successfully delivered numerous residential projects in recent years for key clients, including supporting a leading residential main contractor with project and contract management services. 

With an in-house team of three civil engineers, with a combined professional experience of over 40 years, and administrative support staff, is an experienced construction and development manager in the residential, civil engineering, commercial, and energy sectors. 

In recent years, ARDSA has expanded its services to include a turnkey design and build offering for residential and sporting projects. Our team comprises in house civil engineers and assistants that undertake key design packages and manage all design aspects of our projects in collaboration with a number of Architectural and M&E practices.  

ARDSA and the wider group has a number of exciting ongoing and upcoming projects, ranging across all services(link to services page) we offer. We are recruiting for a number of positions(link to careers page) and hope to add new key members to our team very soon. 

Due to the nature of our business and the thorough approach required in our role as both Project and Development Managers, we retain a small client base of private clients and organisations, including being the sole advisor investors and an Irish based investment fund.
